BAD DECISIONS

July 4: Carl Raymond, 40, was arrested for DUI and Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, among other charges, after driving through a gate at the Fox River Water Reclamation District. According to the report, he “appeared highly intoxicated” and was wearing only boxer briefs and socks. He repeatedly told police, “the car wasn’t mine.”
